About Us

Korn Patch Klowns organized on May 1, 1989 when twenty-one clowns from three different organizations, the Elks, Shriners, and Pioneer Court Jesters chartered the Alley and affiliated with the Clowns of America international.

Over the years, KPK and its members have sponsored numerous workshops, and participated in local community events and activities.  For over ten years, KPK's premier event has been Clowns at the Carousel, which is conducted during National Clown Week (August 1-7).

Who We Are

Picture
Our members are clowns.  They range from beginners (First of Mays) to experienced amateur, semi-professional, and professional clowns.

What We Do

At our monthly meetings we have a brief business session followed by a program that deals with some aspect of clowning.

Our major annual event takes place during National Clown Week (August 1-7)--Clowns at the Carousel (see Clowns at the Carousel tab for details about this year's event).

From time to time, we will conduct workshops and participate in special events and parades.
